Walk in. See a table I really like.
"How much is this table?" I ask.
"It's not for sale. It needs painting first." says the lady, bluntly.
"Oh sorry - I assumed as it's right there on the shop floor that it's for sale. I'm fine to repaint it myself, it's only a few small bits that need sorting - can I buy it as-is?" I reply.
"No." she says.
"When might it be ready for sale?" I query.
"It'll take a while. It comes with those 4 chairs. They need painting too" she says, and walks away.

Congratulations to whoever walks in looking for a nice table at exactly the right moment it's deemed fit for sale, I guess ?‍♂️?‍♂️

They had exactly what I wanted and took payment over the phone, agreed a delivery date and paid it all at once. So excited and can't wait for my chair to arrive. The manager was fantastic and the guy who answered the phone was a perfectly pleasant happy gentleman, I believe it was also his first day so props to him.

Fantastic charity, its been there for me when I've needed it, extremely accommodating, staff and volunteers are great, all since they started as SOFA in Gwydir Street. I've even volunteered for them when times for me were good. If you're able to, offer to help them.

Had a delivery of a fridge freezer and a washing machine come out. Delivery was on the date and time as was promised. The van crew that came were highly professional and extremely polite and helpful placing the items where required in a safe manner. Would highly recommend cambridge reuse and i shall definitely use them again.

Lovely place to visit, if you are in the situation where you may require the extra help for household items like sofa's or white goods, a fairly decent range that gets updated on a weekly basis. parking outside is a little sparse, but they look like they do not get many people at the same time so that does not matter much at all. very friendly and helpful members.

Worst kind of people to deal with. Rude and straight up unpleasant. I'd suggest OXFAM.
