Bit concerned where these reviews lead to. It appears to stop with the owner of the franchise I take it. Normally people making reports of rude, ridiculing behaviour which i and others have suffered. This has happened for a while judging by some these reviews, well over the last year but this is why I'll be taking this further than just here. What I don't want to do is simply complain here or in store. Complain on here and you'll have the "store owner" reply, Great, some authority, only problem is the owner SHOULD be the owner, not multiple people. If the owner is a couple fair enough but Anjan, Chris, Tasha, Hope, Harps? That's minimum 5 people, I get the feeling it's different staff members signing on/masquerading as the owner, saying we'll chase it up and in likelihood them going "sure mate" and having a giggle between themselves. The behaviour I've been subject to, is scarcily believable a paid employee would conduct themselves like that so I wouldn't put any sort of antics past them. Report to follow but in no way is it being limited to this lot sorting it out .

Shop was well stocked and had a good selection - but when I did my shopping on Thursday evening, a pair of staff members were stood by the tills audibly insulting customers and their appearance/choice of dress. It was absolutely disgraceful, I felt mortified and as I was leaving I overheard another customer who was quite distressed by it. Definitely not acceptable behavior for shop staff!!!!

Some staff members are very rude and bossy. They lurk around the self service tills to hinder rather than help. Two older women are very loud and obnoxious. Items are bare minimum but loads of booze. Selection of healthy foods is tiny. Manager is grumpy. At night a lot of shoplifters and addicts prowling around. I also get a racist feel from it too.

I shopped here recently and wanted to use my first coupon on the ASDA Rewards app. Staff on self scan, I didn’t get their name but they had bright coloured hair, happily helped me to use the app and scan my coupon for money off my shop. She made the experience less stressful and it was lovely to see such a smiley staff member who was willing to help! Very happy customer will be shopping here again!

Great staff always happy to help ?.
Shelves are always very well stocked with staff on hand for any questions or queries. Sleep checkouts are great could do with more thay are cash and card mind as not everyone uses card

Very impressed with the store and level of customer service as my first visit to the store as I had a small trolley and 3 carrier bags and shopping I was going to use the self scan checkouts a very polite and helpful colleague opened the main checkout for my shopping brilliant service

For amazing staff and help they give, they are pleasing and keep a smile on their faces in a difficult time.
However management need to protect staff and customers more , some customers are passing even body touch and they are not following Government and management rules. I became stressed as a customer pushed passed me another had her trolley in my back. It's not acceptable especially for your wonderful staff who go over and beyond.
