Fantastic shop now located at the bottom of Skipton high street, amazing size for wheelchair access and more people can walk freely inside. The Harry potter room is unbelievable with so much attention to detail and the items to buy are so good. Customer service is always brilliant, easy to talk to and very helpful. Just the type of shop Skipton needs!

Great shop my kids love it. Only slight issue is the male member of staff who leaps on you the second you go in the door and continues to try and sell items we don't want or in most cases already have. Last visit we stopped browsing despite more to see, bought what we had and left as he just would not leave us alone. Nice guy but can you ease off a bit.

Loved the shop when we visited on Holiday in the area. My husband bought me a sneaky birthday gift. When I came to use it on my birthday unfortunately it had a fault, really sad as it was a lovely gift but on emailing the store they were absolutely fantastic and sent over a refund as the item was no longer in stock unfortunately. Such friendly and professional service. Very impressed with the level of customer care and will not hesitate to revisit, order online or recommend to fellow geeks ?

Wow! What an amazing shop. Me and my daughter visit regularly. She saves all her pocket money to spend in the shop. Every member of staff I've ever met there have been kind, informative and full off truly interesting and amazing knowledge about all the stock. My daughter bought a limited edition wand and zoe told her the story behind the wand and everything about the wand. It made our experience so much more magical.
Zoe was so understanding with my daughter who has additional needs and a sensory processing disorder. Always friendly. The price is very affordable for the high quality products that was sold here.

I have ordered a few times from the Geek Side online, and had the pleasure of visiting the shop in between lockdowns last Summer, the owner has lots of stock, for not just the Harry Potter fan, but fans of Disney, Gaming and much more, also bought some great stocking fillers online for Christmas 2020. Will always take time to visit when in Skipton. Great shop with friendly and helpful staff!

Eyes front True Believers!! Absolutely amazing shop! I called in today to spend some birthday money and I had the best time. THE place to shop in Skipton for your geeky side, (see what I did there?) There’s a little something for everyone but if you’re a Harry Potter fan you will be amazed! Couldn’t recommend highly enough, you have to visit!

No words can say how brilliant they have been in their service & help in getting an Xmas present for grandson that was unavailable everywhere else. Then getting it ready to be couriered 200 miles to me. Recommend them totally. They kept in touch, bent over backwards to be helpful. Skipton is lucky to have their shop
