Stayed here as my son was having an experience day and specialist local college. Staff are fantastic. Friendly and helped with anything that we needed. The restaurant for breakfast was brilliant too, Alfie who served us for both our evening meal and breakfast was outstanding. Credit to the business. Thank you for a fab stay x

Nice big store, wide isles, good variety of products, and helpful staff. Some very reasonable prices, but other things a bit expensive, especially considering that we have discount stores in town where a lot of these things are cheaper, and that there's not a lot of money around in this town. The Range does sell products that are not available in the other stores in town though. It's also not far from the centre of town which is handy if you're not driving. If you are, there's a nice big car park.

One of my favourite go to shops ,I used to have to go to wrexham so it great to have a range on my doorstep. I don't think they have as much choice as the wrexham store and they don't have a cafe ,and I haven't seen any toilets for customers in the oswestry store .However I still love going to look around and never go home empty handed .

Friendly staff. It's great to see some wilco items stocked since the wilco store closed in the town centre. However, this branch of the range is too small in comparison to its normal sites. Sadly fails to excel in any particular area; not enough range to merit the name

Took an faulty item back, refused a refund even though I had my receipt! Apparently only electric items can be returned if faulty, sounds completely made up!

Quite a cold, uninviting store with limited stocks. This was just after Christmas so hopefully things might improve over the course of the next few weeks.

House hold and gardening items under one roof, part's of the Works are still available. There is a little bit of Iceland there for frozen food. Infact almost all you want in a store.

I've been In a few of the Range's but am sorry to say this was not one of the best. The staff were lovely, polite and helpful
