Can I just thank Stuart and Adrian at the Ditchling branch of Storage Mart for being absolute superstars!

I have a studio on the same industrial estate as SM and have to shut it down - so popped in to check it out on two separate occasions. Their advice, assistance and administration has been first class.

Really knowledgable about what Storage Mart has to offer and so helpful in showing me all the units and possibilities. They’ve made everything super easy. Have happily booked a large unit for the foreseeable! What a lovely, smiley pair they are too! Shall 100% be recommending to friends looking.

I was panicking when moving to a smaller place. I need somewhere nearby to hold my work materials so I can easy access. This wasn’t my first choice, but it should have been. Stuart made the process really easy. Trolleys are available and it’s dry!

The second time I've used StorageMart in Ditchling, and the customer service is exceptional. The team are extremely responsive, proactive, and nothing is too much trouble. Customer service of this level is rare nowadays and I can't recommend them highly enough.

great support from the team with payment and sizing. Highly recommend their support if you have issues/ questions. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is there's a lot of spiders in the facility... I don't like spiders...

Had to find storage for our house belongings following a fire and unit over at Ditchling was convenient. There was a special anniversary deal on so were able to secure two units for a better price than one larger one. We have since vacated the larger of the two units and check out was easy and smooth. Both Adrian and Stuart have been helpful answering our initial queries having never used such a facility before.

I've had a storage unit here for almost 2 years. It's not the cheapest but it's very secure, dry and with excellent access hours.

I have had dealings with Adrian and Stuart in the office over that time and they are super helpful. I would recommend this place if you need somewhere secure for things that are important or precious to you, I think it's worth the slightly higher costs involved. You can always arrange your own insurance which is much cheaper.

Just remember to avoid the low bollards that are around and about the industrial estate.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, great value for money, the storage was clean, dry, felt secure, and there was always plenty of space to park. An absolute dream for our house move, only 5 mins away from the house!
