On a recent visit found isles almost blocked with large industrial sacks of rubbish just enough room to get a trolley through only staff on the shop floor was a young girl on the till the rest could be seen hanging around the entrance to the stock room.
When I used the old branch that used to be in the town centre found the staff bent over backwards to help customers totally a different attitude compared to the staff in the new branch.

3 for £10 on their 400 grm Slimming World meals, no brainer. Also, their range of chicken is impressive. So what if you have to queue; no different to Aldi and Lidl. Take freezer bags.

This shows offer 4 for £32 mix n match ..these cases of drinks been on offer for months ..today ...they refused to honour the Offer label prominently displayed ,...head office , when spoken ,to, stated obviously staff in error for not removing the Tempting Sticker price !!!!!!!! How many more of these ticket prices are oopsy, out of date there then?!?!?!! Boycotted .....lost a regular shopper since that store opened !!!!!

The store is laid out terribly, the aisles are too narrow for the trolleys provided and there too many displays around that one can bump into. The store only ever has one till open and one member of staff is sat there serving a line of increasingly angry customers which is not fair at all. When staff were asked about opening another till we were ignored! We should not be expected to stand around for fifteen minutes before being served. The only good thing about this store is that they sell items that other, smaller Iceland's don't sell. But the above reasons put me off from coming here to do a big shop.

Ps. Your staff have no manners aside from one that wore a headscarf who was very helpful and helped me find something. Other than that, the rest of them act like they don't want to be there.

Ordered £110 worth of shopping money taken out my account and I’m not even on there system for a delivery so all I can get is a refund which will take 3-5 working days so no shopping for the week they are terrible for letting this happen to me and my family

Food Warehouse (Iceland) used to shop regularly every week, then stopped for a good while. When I restarted I was quite shocked at first when you walk in items are mixed not segregated by departments, untidy all over the shop. In a 4 week week when returning there for shopping only one cashier served at the till and looked unhappy all the time. The selection of frozen food is very good but untidy this doesn't look good, first what customers look at is how products look like "haos" everywhere. Still like the shop, hope some improvements can be done !!!
