I bought my E- bike here two weeks ago. It's been a while since I have seen costumer service like in this store.
Seriously, the Costumer service is absolutely AMAZING! So glad I went here to get my bike, I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good bike and for some good advice on what to buy and what's right for you. You won't regret it!!

This shop has a very local feel even with the global brand name. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I bought a new bike and Andy and Farouk both helped me select the bike that fit my exact needs and also fit the bike to my measurements. They were both very generous with their time and this service was free.

I have bought my last two road bikes as well as some of my children's bikes from this store. My most recent purchase around a year ago was guided by Farouk who has amazing knowledge and a clear passion for what he does.

I hadn't got round to bringing this bike back for a service or check but this morning, I had a major issue with the electronic gear shift system. As always is the case, this happened when I am heading away on a long planned cycling trip this evening. I called the store in a panic and Andy talked me through some possible easy fixes and suggested I drop the bike down. I did straight away. Within an hour Andy had filled me in and it turns out it wasn't an easy fix. They did not have the parts in stock but knowing my whole trip was in jeopardy they have gone above and beyond and I now have a fully functional bike just 5 hours later.

Andy and Nick were kind and patient (and I got bonus Bertie cuddles) and I can't thank them and the mechanic (whose name I don't know) enough for helping me out.

Sometimes big brand stores don't care about their customers but these guys really do.

I recently purchased a road bike via the cycle to work scheme and the customer service from Giant Camden was brilliant. I had hours of dedicated help across multiple trips to ensure I had the right bike, and then a bike fit and selection of all accessories.

I picked up my bike today, after having a full service and was disappointed to find that, against my specific request, new bar tape had been installed. When I mentioned this to one of the staff and suggested that I should not be charged for this, I was given an unfriendly response that it was "too late" and that my request "must just have been missed". There was not even an apology. I had made this request clear in my response to the price/ service breakdown email from Giant Camden. This email could not (and should not) have been missed as I received a reply shortly after and confirming that work would begin on my bike.

I ended up paying for the new bar tape as I did not want to start and argument with the unfriendly member of staff, and after checking the receipt, I realised that I had been charged £27. This is not an insignificant amount to be charged for something that I did not agree to.

The poor, unfriendly customer service from the front of house coupled with me having to absorb the cost of their error with no attempt at an apology, with an already expensive service to fully service the bike, discourages me from recommending Giant Camden.

I bought a new giant bike online from this shop in Camden I booked an appointment to collect. Once there I thought the whole process which was mainly done by Farouk was superb this guy really knows his stuff and is also someone who will give you the personal touch to suit your exact requirements very professional but a really nice trustworthy guy. Thanks again love the bike and will highly recommend to all. Martin.

I had absolutely fantastic service from Farouk at Giant Camden when I came in for the Liv Devote. He went over and above to get it right for me. I have struggled finding a good fit for bikes before, tending to fall between sizes. Farouk had a real attention to detail - asked lots of questions and really listened so he could make the necessary adjustments for the perfect fit. It has genuinely made me excited again about cycling, so a huge thank you to him. I would 100% come back in future for a bike fit.

i just want to share my experience to this very fancy bike shop that i went, im gonna say it to you guys bike maintenance, bike fit you guys say it every thing is in their anything you need in your bike they are happy to help you guide you no scam just tell them all your bike with your bike or your position in your bike and they will do it for you , thank you for the team who help me specially farouk and Grant who guide me to help with my problem hope you guys have a lovely day !!! and what are you guys waiting for come to camden giant store they are willing to help you!!!
