Looking for a new bedroom carpet I entered the store not really sure of what would be best to suit my needs. I was quickly approached by Ryan who offered me his friendly expert advice and after talking me through my options I settled on a carpet I think will be perfect for the room. He was great, pricing is always extremely reasonable and I’ll be calling store in the new year to arrange fitting. A happy customer!

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the flooring installation services provided by your company. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been far from satisfactory.

The initial floor installation performed by your assigned fitter was of substandard quality, necessitating a replacement. Following this, we had to engage with your customer services to raise a formal complaint. While we appreciate the Branch Manager's efforts to rectify the issues, the poor workmanship persisted, leading to the eventual decision to replace the entire floor.

This prolonged process spanned several months, causing significant inconvenience, not to mention the financial burden incurred due to the operational disruption of our home-based business. We expected a seamless and professional service, but the continual issues with the floor installation have negatively impacted our time and resources.

We trust that United Carpets values its customers and their satisfaction. We urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly, ensuring that corrective actions are taken to prevent similar experiences for other clients in the future.

Recently went to United Carpets and Beds for some carpets and vinyl to be fitted in one of my rental properties. The carpets that I wanted were out of stock so the team allowed me to choose a slightly higher spec of carpet without charging me extra. Overall I'm very pleased with the fitting and the excellent customer service. Thanks guys

We already knew roughly what we wanted when spoke to Brad at United who gave us lots of options that met our description. We picked out what we wanted, got an excellent price, and it was all then installed over multiple days (at our request to move all the furniture around!) to a very high standard. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I couldn’t find anything anywhere near as good for the money. Every carpet replaced for less than we thought possible. We’ll be using Brad and his team again!

Absolutely rubbish would definitely not use them ever again. They messed up the delivery, blamed me and then lied about it. Totally useless. Contacted customer services who just lied more and gave more excuses
