This store deserves a mention, we were staying in a self catering lodge just down the road and obviously needed to purchase supplies, this is a small but perfectly formed shop, the people who own / run the shop were welcoming and friendly and although we didn't enquire I imagine if you needed something they would get it for you. The bread and cakes were delicious and of a quality I hadn't seen for a long time, only wish they were near where I live, I would say goodbye to Tesco!!

A good choice of everything. Slightly overpriced but that's expected for a smaller shop. Very convenient hours. An added bonus is the post office. Nothing is ever too much trouble there. I've always had lovely friendly people at the till there. An asset for Arlesey.

Functions as a shop, has a variety of products. Staff are friendly.
But unlike most other shops I find I always have to check sell by dates and product packaging. It's not unusual to find a product that is out of date by many days or has gone flat or stale because of a compromised seal.

Post Office

Had a problem with someone at the counter at the post office, who I think was just having a bad day. So, I received a call from the manager Adi who took the time to call me back and apologise, which I thought was really, really nice of him. Thank you Adi

As an American Redneck passing through Arlesey on the way to RAF Chicksands. I have to say that this shop takes pride in it's shop. Always nice and clean throughout unlike arleseys other shops that look like a bomb hit them and theirs not order and not kept clean. Above all I fully recommend this shop only in arlesey it up to standard, prices-es are great and low, and customer service is great too!
