Horrible Experience.
Meal deals were at the back of the shop instead of right at the front where you want it.
Self Check out gates don't open.
Alarms beeping despite having paid.
Must be ran by an ex prison guard.

I was there to complete a Risk Assessment on behalf of one of Asda's Suppliers and was met with friendly and helpful staff. Especially the store Manager Adele who was patient and had plenty of time to help with my enquiries.Very good customer service more Managers like her needed.

Shocking place.. ordered an online shop- had a delivery slot of between 8-10pm. Had a text message to say driver is on the way and would be with us at 8:39. Very precise hey? Well at 10:30pm I phoned Asda customer service because tracking said the order had been delivered but we waited in and nobody turned up. Customer services (in India) answered the phone and hung up on first attempt. Second attempt I spoke to a lovely guy who said the driver couldn’t find my address so could deliver it tomorrow (maybe the satnav will work tomorrow) or just process a refund.. refund takes 3-5 working days and meanwhile we have no dinner and off to bed as it’s getting late.. we had this happen twice before but the delivery turned up extremely late- never had it not turn up at all!! Will certainly not be ordering from here ever again

The worst. 2 days in a row my home delivery never showed up. The first time the driver told me he would deliver the next day and that his manager would call me in the morning. No one contacted me and my order wasn't delivered. I gave them the benefit of the doudt and reordered. This time my order never turned up and no one let me know, I just waited and waited. Will never shop here again. Huge disappointment.

Stress free shopping. Friendly helpful staff & practical parking facilities unlike it's counter parts. Try to purchase most of my shopping here although variety can be limited due to it being a smaller store but you can't have everything. Just love doing my basic shop here where possible.

Rating given purely because of the lack of Covid compliant procedure! Sunday afternoon I waited outside with our dog whilst my wife went in to shop. No one from the store on duty at the entrance. I watched quite a number of people going in without a mask. Whilst checking out, my wife confronted three young lads who attempted to push in and were also not wearing masks!
No wonder this infection is continuing to spread whilst we have idiots like this amongst us and where was store security to challenge these people not wearing masks
