Placed a delivery order on Wednesday, should come today between 8-10 am. Nothing. Called the store, said their van broke down, they’re trying to fix it and we should be contacted by customer service as they cancelled some orders. They said that apparently mine is on the list to be delivered the next day. Waited till 4pm as we got no info still, so we called. They said our order was not rescheduled and we have to call customer service to cancel it and get a refund. Called customer service, they called the store to get the explanation, they said their van is working now but they’re cancelling orders from today. Asked why we were not contacted at all about any of this, as the lady on the phone at the store said herself we should be contacted. No answer, just empty apologies. Lady said she’ll cancel my order and the refund will reflect on my card within 24 hours as it wasn’t picked, she said she’ll cancel it right now herself and I’ll get an email. It’s been 2 hours and no cancellation and refund email. So most likely will have to call yet again. The customer service is atrocious. Not only we haven’t been informed about anything, but they forced us to make multiple phone calls and this situation is still not resolved as promised. It was the last time we placed an order or even bought at that store. Disgusting.

Poor service placed order for delivery failed to turn up spoke to them they promised it the next day failed again as they didn't put it on the van, no compassion about it don't worry about providing someone's food that they have paid for, clearly they don't care would not use again.

I would like to say a big thank you to the member of staff who was both very helpful and observant when he saw I was struggling with my basket and offered to get me a trolley that was a great help to me ,it was what made my experience more enjoyable to complete my shopping.

The staff here are usually very nice. Given how often I need help finding products and the extensive range I keep expecting staff to get at least slightly frustrated sometime soon though it's not happened yet!

You know what you're getting is good value and reliable.

Always loved Iceland. Product range great. Unfortunately had one of the worst customer care experience ever recently so changed from 5 to 1 star.

Delivery had around ten items missing due to out of stock on the day but in stock when ordered the day before. One or two items acceptable. Delivery was three hours late!!!! Delivery turns up, dumping bags in doorway. No greeting or apology for lateness. Ended up bruising every single banana. Go to handover previous delivery bags, driver turns back to me walks off saying no thank you. I follow asking you don't take them anymore. Simple no gets in van drives off. Shocking customer service. I complain online and get a generic response of sorry for being late, hope to see you again soon. No investigation or sincere apology. Awful service. I certainly will not be recommending you to anyone. I spend thousands with you a year. No more.

All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always in this shop. Only reason I gave 4* is that they stopped the Carolina reaper chicken wings

Always clean, bright and cheery in here. Staff are lovely and helpful and happy to chat. They don't have everything you need but what they do have is competitively priced and my favourite part is that I can have the fun of picking my food but get it delivered and only £25, bargain!
