Not a bad shop does what it needs to do especially for a local shop they have a member bonus scheme called a dividend card (this is also because they are a big chain around Lincolnshire) so the more you shop and use your dividend card you will build up more loyalty points in the form of £--.-- essentially when you build up enough points you can ask the friendly staff can you take off (certain amount of money) and that will basically be a gift voucher you do just have to have the money on the card to take off. The shelves are usually all stocked up and you can ensure you will find something you like

Unfortunately some of the staff seem as if they can't be bothered! One young lady standing behind the checkout, was more concerned about having a joke with a colleague than paying attention to her customers! And is it really necessary for the checkout operator to emulate an American McDonald's employee "Have a nice day"....... especially when it sounds so insincere! This is the only shop that is close to being a supermarket in Sutton Bridge, maybe the management should be reviewing staff training....?

Attempted to use my staff discount partner card only to be told they don't accept them. Didn't even scan the card, flat out refused and ignored my questions. Not a good experience.
