Worst shopping experience I have ever had in the UK.

Staffs are not friendly, they are so mean.
You would want to come and buy things.

Price is nothing special comparing to the others.

Totally not recommended.

Staff is always lovely here, and the bubble tea is amazing! I've had bubble tea in 4 different places in Bedford, however I must say the one from fusion is always superior! They also cover the cups with cute emoji covers and have themed paper straws, the little emojis never fail to put a smile on my face!

Had the worse experience shopping here. First of all my empty Starbucks cup was snatched off me by a staff member and she also shut the freezer door on me when I wasn't finished shopping.
As a black female I felt there was a little bit of racism and stereotyping because as soon as myself and family walked in to the shop, we were being watched and followed.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour and i have never experienced anything like this before.

Very poor service, went there with my family and my daughter especially, was treated like potential shop lifter, watching our every move, there is security and there is security, and for a small shop, the extent of how they blatently were institutional racists from the time we walked in, was both disgusting and embarrassing.
We are a mixed family of Vietnamese and black, this is appalling behaviour.
We will not be going there again!!!!

Me and my family have lived in Bedford for 13 or so years, and I've known the owners since I was little. So welcoming and kind, good authentic brands that you could find at other bigger supermarkets that are much further away. It's our go-to quick stock up store, and I recommend it as a Cantonese person myself ^–^
