Sadly pretty disappointed with recent kiln elements purchase. The website showed in stock so I purchased. This then became an ‘order in’ situation and weeks to wait.

Customer service after purchase has been reactive and not proactive. My chasing has been politely acknowledged but not effective in establishing dates or lead times.

The shipping and tracking information has come direct from the manufacturers in the end.

I’m sad that a business that I have dealt with since 1987 has seemingly taken the purchase value and failed to deliver on managing the delivery updates and information to their customer.
