This is such a nice Next, their stock is incredible and Alexander served me at the collection desk and he was so attentive and helpful it really made my day. Thank you. P.s the Cafe upstairs is also incredible, worth the visit just for the sandwiches and drinks!!

Bought a candle which had glass smashed all inside and cut my finger. They ordered a new item with next day delivery and it didn’t come. Had to drive there twice to sort it out and nothing was done. Poor service and management

I usually like Next one if my favourite shops however, I visited this week and no nice tops and blouses. I know it's Christmas but honestly all they had was party wear and casual.

After a black Suit & appears not many around. Had to order one from Next as parts arrived, trousers then waistcoat & shirt, all arrived in good condition but when the jacket arrived it was stuffed in a small plastic bag & full of creases! Would have sent it back but in desperate need of one in next few weeks & no more in stock so will have to try local cleaners see if they remove them, really poor show from Next.

I was standing waiting to be served at the cafe for about 5 minutes while 3 staff behind the counter totally ignored me. Then two other customers walked past me to the check out till and were served in advance of me while I continued to be ignored. I then thought I’ll do the same as them as they had pushed in, and was told that it was my fault that I had not been served as I was standing in the wrong place. There was no hint of apology, just a patronising smile and an increasing insistence that I the customer had been standing in the wrong place - unbelievable.
I recommend that the members of staff involved are removed from front line service and, before exposing them to customers again, that they are properly trained in customer service snd the need for politeness and understanding when dealing with customers. They should also be taught to apologise to customers when their own service falls below such standards.
