Needed a fridge freezer at short notice after ours packed up. There was a great selection in the shop for good prices. The new one was delivered and the old one taken away within 2 hours of buying it. No big store retailer could possibly match this. Absolutely Amazing service. I Desperately needed a washing machine, Currys refused to install it for because they thought it's difficult for them. Thanks to Discount Domestic Appliances for Delivering it with in an hour and Installed it too. I will 100% recommend them.

Amazing service!
Went into panic mode when my washing machine died yesterday with uniform to wash for Monday. Called these guys and they couldn't have been more helpful - within 2 hours of choosing a new appliance they had uninstalled my old machine and installed the new one... you dont get that service from any of the big retailers! Also very impressed that the gentleman in the shop didn't try to push me to buy the most expensive models. I would highly recommend - and delivery is free in MK too 😊

The guy ordered my oven part (element) from eBay and hasn't told me and charged an extra £10 for doing that. But was quick to say it was non refundable in any case.
The irony is the eBay supplier was offering 30days money back guarantee.
Very poor customer service avoid if you can.
