Kicked a guy out for having turrets and wasn’t doing or saying anything offensive. Was very rude to him and said he should go to a hospital. About 4 members of staff not one was nice to him or his friends

Horrible attitude from the 2 staff members working!

I was staying at the Maldron close by and was advised by the front seat to pop in to get some water and juice as the hotel’s kitchen was closed.

The rude man at the Spar would not let me enter because they were mopping the floor?!? Literally a small patch of floor was wet. I asked please if he could get the water and juice and just dismissed me.

Called the Spar to report this when I got back to the hotel as I had never been treated or spoken to that badly before and apparently the “manager” was just as rude. Absolutely blown away!!

Will never support a Spar again! Especially in Manchester.

Most disgusting sandwhich ive ever bought in my life.A Bacon bagette,the bread was stale and rock hard after being left in that warmer for god knows how long.I was so hungry so i ate it and just managed to not break my teeth

Accuses you of stealing because you go to another self service till because it isn’t working. Check out with your items on another till and pay, then get you from outside to come back in . To stand inside and show your bank details that you have paid for a £7.00 meal deal. For them to check the cctv and ignore the bank statement, for them not apologise after, showing them yourself you have paid? Rude and awful staff

I have very bad experience at this spar as you can see I have paid £2.40 for this since I went home and tried to drink and then I feel different taste I then I have checked the expiry date it was expired the staff is not checking everything !!

Terrible customer service. As a regular customer I was usual to get a fruit salad for breakfast (and lunch too). However today the fruits were clearly off, tasting vinegary and rancid at the point to give me stomachache later on. I’ve returned the item straight after asking for a refund or a replacement. They refused saying that all they can do with it was to bin it (of course you have to bin it… those fruits were so acidic to make a hole onto my desk…). Bad customer handling. Never going to return.
