Rude staff poor attitude not taking DHL deliveries, even though they remain an option and are clearly display the DHL logo in the window..!

They say there customers have left bad reports about FHL hence why they refuse to take the goods. I for one have never had a bad experience with DHL and they need to remember that the bad experience is for the and centre with them as they are the customer face. Rude staff short and abrupt not helping there cause.

It is not up to the shop to refuse to take a DHL delivery as they have no contractual right to my goods and there transit. They should work harder with DHL to provide a service not blame them.

Perishable Goods now lost in transit all thanks to this store thinking they can please themselves and not for filling there obligations under the contract with DHL.

This is a great shop you can get everything you could think of here and if by chance there is something they don't have they will try and get it in for you. Good prices and great staff always happy and helpful. Thankyou peppers.
