Staff seem very efficient. Must be a terrible place to work but they are always polite and cheerful. Where else can you buy beer at 20.00 on a Sunday? I appreciate you!

Terrible service - I ordered Co-Op groceries from Just Eat who did not deliver my grocery order. When I called the Co-Op I was told there is nothing they can do, although the store undoubtedly profited from my purchase of their items which is unacceptable.

OK store. Since Brexit & lockdown, produce can be thin on the ground. They do have some good deals & bargains on short date products. Someone has left a negative review based on them losing their card /cash after using the in store ATM, well that's NOTHING to do with the CoOp. They don't own or run the machine, 'Link' own the machine. Overall its a reasonable store & the majority under 30 staff, are both helpful and friendly. The staff are 5star in general, the store may be a little scruffy but apart from that it's OK. My 3 stars is based on the state of the store and the availability of stock, not the staff or cash machine!

This store is such a pleasure to use, there are lots of young enthusiastic cheerful polite and patient staff. It’s really striking how positive and hard working they are. It makes the chore of collecting amazon parcels or top up shopping into a pleasure. Someone needs to tell the coop what great staff it has, and hopefully the coop can let the staff know their niceness and cheerfulness is noticed and appreciated.

This place is the absolute pits. There's not enough room to swing a cat in it. Customers are often literally queued the full length of the aisles. The staff are also over-zealous. It turns out seeing an old man with grey hair getting ID'd for cigarettes is only funny the first 50 times. If you want a bit more value for money walk the extra 2 steps down the street to Julian Road Stores, where common sense and customer service is freely available.

Miserable. Not too bothered by the size, but the shop itself is incredibly poorly managed. Rotting veg (in plastic) on the shelves, managers and excess staff chatting in the aisles, leading to blockages and unmanned tills. Overpriced and so depressing. Staff are rude, but you can't blame them. Discontinued anything close to exotic and all fridges go bust for about 6 days a month.
Sort it out guys, come on.

do not bother ordering anything from there on uber , just eat or deliveroo as half of stock will be unavailable and you will pay for the delivery and end up with half of shopping missing.
