I have ordered several times and always been pleased with the packing, delivery notifications and customer service. I try to schedule my frozen items for delivery during cold spells so they arrive in a semi-frozen state and this works well as not many online Asian supermarkets offer national frozen food deliveries at a reasonable cost. Cleo was excellent in keeping me informed about items that were out of stock in my latest delivery and I was able to ask for substitutes and was also refunded for some items that couldn't be substituted.

Excellent customer service. An item was out of stock so they messaged immediately with a replacement suggestion which was appreciated. There was then an issue with the DPD delivery which was completely not Tuk Tuk Mart's fault but they couldn't have been more helpful or proactive in offering to help. They also very kindly added an extra to my order which was a lovely gesture. Customer for life - I'll be placing my next order soon! Thank you

I have made a few online orders with Tuk Tuk Mart and every time they’ve been brilliant. The range on their website is fantastic, with many hard to find ingredients at competitive prices. Their customer service is so good. If anything is out of stock, they’ll WhatsApp you to let you know and suggest substitutes. They refund the price difference immediately.
Delivery is quick once the order is dispatched and frozen items have remained frozen upon arrival.

Love love love Tuk Tuk Mart! Brilliant staff who pack the items very carefully and goods are dispatched quickly. They usually WhatsApp if something is out of stock & even send pics of substitutes so you can see if you want it or prefer a refund. We’re particularly fond of the frozen dim sum, loads of great products at good prices. Thanks to the staff who do a great job.

Ordered my fresh Thai Papaya and Krachai, as urgently needed, due to being let down by my London supplier. Tuk Tuk order came promptly and superbly packed via DPD just in time. Saved the day.
I'll now be ordering regularly from them, eve though slightly more than my usual supplier. Quality service and speedy delivery is what counts, and they delivered on all counts.

First time buying frozen food for delivery, never again. Tuk Tuk Mart used DPD and according to DPD, my frozen food was at DPD the night before delivery, so when I got the food the next day by 12noon, all frozen items were not frozen anymore. The ice packs kept the food cold but had all thawed out. DPD also did not deliver to the safe place (concierge) as per their photo, good job I looked round and found the parcel elsewhere. I was actually at home, they could have rang my door bell and told me to meet them to get the package.

Bad experience from start to finish.

Tuk Tuk Mart took around a week to dispatch my items. Fine. Once shipped, however, I noticed that they input a different address on the shipping label than the one I provided, which resulted in my package being sent to a different city. After I brought this to their attention, they simply rescheduled the delivery to the correct address I initially provided while offering me zero compensation for their incompetence. As a business owner myself, I find it unconscionable to not refund the customer's shipping cost (at a minimum!) when you've sent their parcel to a different address than the one the customer provided.

As a side note, I've ordered frozen goods from other online stores plenty of times without issue, and this is the first time I've received defrosted goods. Granted, Tuk Tuk Mart absolve themselves from any responsibility for the state in which the goods arrive in—which I agreed to—so while this isn't the main reason for my low rating, it's certainly another reason not to order from them again.

Didn't visit the store but browsed online and managed to find an increasingly hard to obtain item (Petis Udang) which my local stores don't stock anymore. Happy to have been able to stock up and will definitely be checking back for any other hard to find items.

Only slight negative is that I would have also bought a bunch of frozen Dim Sum which is always handy to have in the freezer but while i'm happy to pay for additional packing I was put off by the note saying it might have been defrosted by time of arrival.
