I couldn’t be happier with my new ROSA Cloud Ottoman Bed! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish.

First, the delivery was absolutely perfect—on time, hassle-free, and accompanied by amazing communication every step of the way. I was kept informed throughout, which really made the process stress-free.

Building the bed was a breeze. The instructions were clear, and everything fit together perfectly. It’s rare to find a piece of furniture that combines such a sleek design with ease of assembly!

The ottoman feature is a game-changer—super practical and adds so much storage space without sacrificing style or comfort. It feels sturdy and luxurious, truly living up to its ‘Cloud’ vibe.

Overall, this bed exceeded all my expectations. If you’re looking for quality, functionality, and top-notch service, I can’t recommend the ROSA Cloud Bed enough!

Also the mattress is just insane… we’ve had the best nights sleep since! Highly recommend

I absolutely love my new KYRA bed!

I have the Kyra bed, the instructions were so straight forward and it was super easy to put up.

The quality is amazing, I was given a 2 hour delivery slot in advance.

The extended headboard really does finish it off! And the design is just so stunning, it really is the dream bed! 💭

The ottoman storage is a need! It has so much space to storage those items you don’t need all the time or spare bedding.

We have just received my daughter’s beautiful, cream plush single bed, and mattress. The quality of the bed is excellent with 2 drawers and has a very luxurious feel. The mattress is also fabulous quality, it's deep, medium to firm and extremely comfortable. It's a self turn mattress and the only thing missing are the handles to turn it. However, it really is excellent quality as you can see by the photos.

I just wish my daughter’s bedroom was bigger to show it off better.

We really can't recommend The Bedroom centre enough. Customer service is excellent and the 2 gentleman who made the delivery were so polite, helpful and respectful.

Thank you, and I will be ordering again soon.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. The most BEAUTIFUL bed I have ever laid eyes on ! The family who run this business are the most delightful, lovely and accommodating people I’ve ever worked with ! They were so so helpful and the process couldn’t be easier. I went online and ordered some swatches- I even called/DM’d to ask if they could send me pics of beds they had already made in swatches I was asking for- which they were only too keen to help me with. We then placed an order with a delivery date chosen. The bed was delivered by the friendliest guy, no hassle and the easiest thing we’ve ever assembled. They have thought of every way possible to make this the easiest transaction ever. And if you’re reading this thinking ‘did she buy a bed without seeing it first’, yes she did. Because anyone I spoke to was so willing to help, share ideas and materials etc that I felt totally safe ordering a product from them. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you so much TBC , for the best addition to my new home ! X

Ordered the Victoria bed from The Bedroom Centre. They were very helpful sending out samples and it actually changed the fabric we wanted to order. I emailed to ask about changing it to a slatted gas lift rather than solid single lifts and they were very helpful in arranging that. The bed arrived when expected and is great quality! Absolutely love it, thank you so much!
