Tried to take my yodel parcels (tassimo recycle pods) was told by one of the Indian shopkeepers that he would not accept them, apparently the bags split and they make a mess so just chuck them in the bin. I take the coffee out as I use it on my gardens so they are simply plastic pods, I told him I only have problems with him and all the other staff are very pleasant and I don’t have any problems with them. His attitude is totally rude and he does not deserve to work there.

Just tried to drop off a Yodel package and was told the printer was not working. I told them I had printed already so just drop off please. Told they wouldn't do it now and I should come back. I calmly said I had walked for 20 minutes so I would wait a bit until they had finished. Told not to wait and to come back. I asked why and was told they are too busy. I suggested that was not very customer focussed and was told he didn't care. Suggested I would complain to Yodel, was told he did not care, I asked his name, was told he wouldn't give it and to leave the store...........etc etc, I left.

Do not arrange for parcel collection at this store.
Manager of this store you have a thief working for you. My parcel from Very arrived at 6pm Wednesday 6th Nov.. was seen by a member of your staff and scan in by 1.45 on the 7th Nov the parcel had dissappeared. Had it not been noticed because of the unusal spelling of my name there wouldnt be much evidence. As you have CCTV footage I suggest to scan your footage and see who is giving out barcels wothout scanning a barcode. The loss to Very is £83 which when i forward this information will give them the info to seek recompense from you or possible withdraw deliveries all together. I will not be using you again ever. Sort your staff out.

Tried to drop of a Fedex parcel off but was told by a very rude chap that they do take Fedex parcels, when I told him it says on the Fedex website that they do, he just shrugged and started serving someone else. I just don't understand why someone who clearly hates people, would work in a customer facing role where you have to deal with people all day! Wont be going back there again.

Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service. Not only were we yelled at, before being told to “get out” he then refused to give us our parcel, which we had photographic evidence was in the shop. Fancy being robbed by your own shop keeper ey?!

The guy that owns the store is consistently so rude and behaves as though you are putting him out by visiting the shop. His other staff Are monosyllabic but at least smile once in a while.

I had to two parcels to pick up. the guy found one and when I showed him I had another one he was very rude towards me saying there’s clearly nothing there. After me showing him I had two Vinted parcels and he kept on going off on one I ask him pls just looked through the parcels you have. With in 2 sec he found my parcel. Very rude staff…

Terrible service from the shop assistant! He should not be working in a customer service with that terrible attitude.
I went in to send my parcel via Yodel. He told me the barcode was in error, I politely asked if he could use the numbers given instead of barcode? Wow the respond was cold and he refused to do it!! No smile at all.
Zero star! This person should be sacked!
