From the get go we were shown everything you could ever imagine and more importantly than anything is aftercare.

We’re first time parents and Ian’s been a great help making sure we have everything we need, and following up checking in that everything’s okay.

Went in to look for a pram for my baby girl, took time out to really get to know our wants and needs as a family and helped us pick the perfect pram, and a nice surprise too when came time to use it and the handle could be adjusted to the perfect height for our 4 year old to push his sister

Got my baby’s pram, car seat and diaper bag! Everything came in lovely! Yes it did take a little while after ordering but I’m across seas and understand shipping usually takes a bit but was definitely worth the wait! Also they was very attentive and communicated often whenever I reached out.

Highly recommended. Ian was very helpful when we went into look at prams for our 1st baby, we had seen some pram brands we liked but in general was very unsure what we wanted. Ian made us feel very comfortable in looking and going over the different brands and prices. We finally chose our pram package and picked everything up ready for our baby to arrive! Will defiantly be back for baby items.

I have experienced great customer service from Ian who has been so patient with all my queries to the extent that he put a pram together so he could send me real life images of the pram I was enquiring about. Avoid shopping online! Ordered a gift for a birthday and it took 3-4 months to arrive not making it on time for the birthday or even Christmas. To make matters worse, Babylicious team printed the address wrong on the delivery (despite me writing the address correctly) and I spent the whole Christmas break trying to locate where the parcel was delivered to. Finally located it with a neighbour who had already opened the parcel incorrectly assuming it is theirs. Completely disappointed with this entire transaction and I do not recommend this business at all.

More update on this merchant: after receiving no constructive update from them, I start posting on their social media sites, complaining their refusal to deliver my order and refusal to provide any update. Low and behold, they block me on FB and IG, and then has the nerve to shoot me an email accusing me of behaving in "erratic, childish and bullying" way. It takes some nerve to victimize a complaining customer like this. In any way, I'm airing their dirty laundry here publicly so that everyone knows what kind of big bully this merchant really is - if you don't receive your order, it's not our fault; it's yours for not reading our T&C fine print carefully. And if you complain about us publicly, we will attack you.

I am compelled to share my frustrating experience with Babylicious, a company from which I expected much more given their reputation. In October 2023, I placed an order for a baby car seat, an essential item for my child's safety. It's now been several months, and the seat has yet to arrive.

Communication with the company has been deeply unsatisfying. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and phone, the responses have been lackluster, attributing the delay solely to 'shipment issues from overseas' without providing any substantial information or a definite timeline for delivery.

What adds to the disappointment is the way Babylicious hides behind their fine print. Terms like "goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control" and "delivery cannot be guaranteed" seem more like convenient disclaimers for poor service rather than genuine customer guidance. While I understand that some delays are inevitable, particularly with overseas shipping, the lack of transparency and accountability from Babylicious is unacceptable.

The lack of urgency or a customer-centric approach in resolving these delays is concerning, especially considering the nature of the product - a baby car seat isn’t just any purchase; it's critical for the safety and well-being of children.

This experience has left me feeling neglected as a customer. The absence of a clear resolution, coupled with the continuous runaround, reflects poorly on Babylicious' commitment to customer satisfaction. I regret choosing them for such a crucial purchase and would caution potential customers about the potential for significant delays and frustrating customer service based on my experience.
