Aquarius of Howden were highly recommended to me by a few people. Mainly because they do an excellent job that stands the test of time. From the get-go I found them to be friendly, expert and professional.

The planning stage was enjoyable and my needs were all met even when there were necessary compromises due to space available.

They did both the family bathroom and en-suite back-to-back and it did take a bit longer than planned however the pursuit of a perfect finish, and the challenges of a very old property were the reasons.

There was always the same core team of two bathroom fitters working within my home and they were focused and just got on with it - what more can you ask for!

We are delighted with the bathrooms. They have already made a huge difference to our lives. It literally brightens my day when I look at them. I would highly recommend Aquarius for an outstanding job.

We have used Aquarius previously and were very very happy with them and so used them again to update our en-suite bathroom.
The process of choosing what you like or don’t like is rather daunting but using a firm like Aquarius make the whole process so much easier.The show room is well laid out and all the people in the showroom are helpful and knowledgeable about the products they supply.Darren listened to our requirements and was really good at coming up with suggestions but equally listened and took on board what we liked .
The process hit a few snags along the way but again communication was good and everything is now completed and looks fabulous.

Well, where to start? We had a glass shower partition shatter on us. It was a small job for a bathroom supplier, but it was crucial to us. We had asked another company to do the job and after five months of saying yes but doing nothing, we were exasperated. In desperation, we asked Aquarius Of Howden for a quote, not really expecting anything exceptional.

And it was at that point our situation changed!!!!

Aquarius, initially represented by their Office Manager, Michelle, was so professional, on the ball, and helpful. Their communication was first-class, and they resolved our problem in spite of it being a small job that they were fitting in between larger ones. We never felt that we were anything but important to them.

They needed to get the partition from France, and this they did efficiently, giving us further options that the previous supplier had left out. Their excellent fitters arrived precisely when they said they would and were a pleasure to work with. We discovered a tiny problem, and when we rang Aquarius late on a Friday evening and left a message on their answerphone, we certainly did expect a call from the Boss on Sat to say that they were on the problem and would sort it out. Now, how many times have we all heard that story? But this time was different because on Monday, Michelle rang and told us that if it was convenient to us (note the customer care in that statement), they would be back in four hours to sort out the problem, and it was.

So we are converts and fans of this exceptionally well-run and managed company. Its excellent staff are a joy to work with, so well done! We will use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish! I had a new shower and hot water pump installed and it's fantastic. Thank you so much to Josh for persevering with the nightmare of the existing pipework and fixing every problem he encountered. An excellent service from the design stage to completion. The staff were very knowledgeable and took a great deal of care to ensure we achieved the style we wanted.
The workmanship on fitting was of the highest quality and the project was very well managed. The various tradesmen were available as and when required.
The fitters were very neat and tidy and the house was left is a useable condition each day. They kept us updated and included in any decisions.

We chose Aquarius as we wanted a total bathroom refit for a relative out of town & we wanted the reassurance of it being project managed from start to finish. Darren & Deneo didn’t disappoint. They quickly did a site visit, drew up plans, held our hand through the process of selecting the bathroom, offered advice/options, even for the little things that could make a bathroom very accessible without being clinical & got everything ordered very efficiently.
