We received a really warm welcome from Michelle at reception, she was really friendly and helpful and explained everything perfectly. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, as was the entire hotel. The beds were exceptionally comfy (as always) and we slept amazingly. Great little hotel, we also used the Brewers Fayre pub next door, again could not fault it - we would definitely stay here again if we are passing through and we are happy to recommend to anyone out there. All the staff we met were really friendly and professional. Just fabulous Northern hospitality!

We found this hotel fairly quiet apart from a bit of restaurant noise in the early evening. It is need of a refresh but was well maintained, the odd corner could have been cleaner. The shower was great, buckets of hot water.||Had some help from the staff who were very professional yet caring, a big thanks to them.

Brilliant hotel. Location was perfect as I was working in Hull the next day and had driven from Wirral and didnt want to be in city centre before delivering course next day. Was only 25 mins fro Hull straight down a63. Slept like a dream and parking was great. Staff were super also!

Another fantastic couple of nights away, beds are the comfiest ever, breakfast was lovely, nice hot power shower and Karen and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Food in the adjoining Brewers Fayre was delicious and all bar staff lovely.

Beds are always comfortable room layout for all premier inns are standard layout so you know what to expect. The brewers fayre next to the goole premier inn, is one if the cleanest I have ever been in. The food quality was also excellent. Staff second to none most helpful and friendly.

Turned up early to hotel as job had finished early, would usually get let in slightly early with no issues. Not here
These wanna charge money to go in early, even though the room is ready… how an hour makes much difference. Would have booked alot more for futer for buisness, will easily find a better chain

I always look for a quieter location for overnight stays. This premier inn ticked the right boxes for a location near to York, but also allowed for some local exploration (at about half the price of a stay in York). Room was quiet and up to the usual standard for a premier inn. The adjoining restaurant was very decent for the price. The room unfortunately was extremely hot with no air conditioning. There was a fan supplied, but it was quite noisy, so not the best night’s sleep. Overall, I’d be happy to stay again, in cooler weather conditions.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Stayed 5 days. Staff are excellent, Kind and freindly. Room was superbly clean, not spotless but still of a better quality than most. Bed was compfy, only thing hampering sleep was my own anxiety problems, as such nothing against hotel. Rooms sound proofing to internal sounds like chatting and banging on floor above us and staircases is below par for a building its age, I hope that gets looked into. I was in room 18, family room.
