Nice staff even when it’s busy.
Security staff greet you nicely when they aren’t busy.
The shop can get a bit full but the hot food is good.
Amazon deliveries can be picked up here.

This is an amazing store, it has loads of food to go including a comprehensive sandwich and salad range, hot food, donuts, slush puppy, Seattle’s Best Coffee machine and Milkshakes! It’s also got a pretty good range of fresh fruit and veg and a place to sit and eat/work with plug sockets. Queuing time is low as it has a lot of self scan tills!

Don't go in if you've got 15 minutes or less time to catch a train and definitely don't use the automated checkouts as even a soft drink will require someone to check your age and you'll then be stood waiting giving you a choice of either missing your train or leaving your shopping behind like I did because even with flashing lights and a near empty store no one seemed that eager to let me pay for my items. I'll be giving this store a miss in future

Poor customer service. AVOID the Manager called 'Danny' at all costs. He is rude and condescending. He has childish mannerisms and is very argumentative. He mocks customers. He should not be part of the COOP family of hard working employees, he gives the brand a poor reputation. Date of Incident 23/12/21 Time of Incident 1320. Please check the CCTV before disciplinary action. Horrible, horrible person with poor regard for rapport and service.

I just been here now and the guy who served me is exceptional give him a raise! He told me about the meal deal and went over and beyond his role. What a friendly nice guy. Wish I’d asked for his name but if it helps with recognising him I was there at 1.15 on bank holiday Monday on the 2nd of may! Promote the man! ⭐️

Closed five minutes before they should, and the staff refused to let us in despite saying all we wanted was one exact item. Security refused to open the door. Appalling service, as it seemed they were also rushing someone inside the shop, despite the advertised hours allowinh another 5 minutes before closing

Supposedly open daily 6am to midnight, but not open at 13:07 on 30/08/21. Not the first time this has happened. Retailer can't be relied on.
