Long time review coming, usually a local store but lately it's gotten terrible.
Limited range, never stocked up, staff not willing to help or miserable, manager walks around staring at you watching if your going to steal, really negative approach to retail.
Self service machines are awful never work and then there's no staff to help as there working alone and it's too busy to assist customers.
twice I've been stood waiting for help or assistance at the self-service checkout for longer than 5 or 10 minutes.. eventually I've just given up and walked out and left the shopping.
Awful shop needs to change won't be returning.

It's a typical small Co-Op. Usually a little more than your other supermarkets but you expect that.

Very convenient if you're staying in one of the many hotels surrounding.

Excellent shop,expensive with food prices but it's always there to deliver for you at a convenient time.
The staff are lovely and always pleasant and polite,that's all we ask.

Great shop although they could do with some security. I am aware that the thieving in the shop is dreadful. I was there when a load of chocolate was stolen and I felt sorry for the exasperated staff who could do nothing about it

Shop OK however some customers not wearing masks! This is still part of covid safety rules why can't people wear plastic visors if you are exempt from normal ones!! Should not be allowed in shops other wise!
