Emma was very friendly helpful and kind. Having been to 2 other pharmacies today in search of medicine for my 90 year old mother-in-law who is very ill and had 2 negative experiences, it was like a breath of fresh air walking in to Roy’s. The lady I spoke to on the phone was also very lovely and helpful. Thank you so much to you both, you made my terrible day a wee bit better!

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a great place to turn to in these times when doctor's surgeries are proving so difficult to deal with. They give good advice. Their opening times are brilliant (compared to what our local surgery offers). I am so pleased to have them so local to me.

💗Staff are always friendly and helpful. Ask a question where something is and they don't just tell they take you to the food item your looking for.
💗Emma helped me and so did Adam in the general store. Regarding a fan he kept for me until I collected it.
💗The girls on the check out in the clothes department are lovely too.

💗A big thank you to Diana and Chris and the staff in the pharmacy. And the lovely lady who delivers my dad's meds on a Friday.
They are so kind and caring and always ask after my dad. Nothings to much trouble. Thank you again for your time and consideration in all you do!

Had a couple of nasty insect bites on my ankle which got infected. The staff at the pharmacy in Roy's were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist took some details (was on holiday so not my local pharmacy)and prescribed some antibiotics which did the trick. Was in and out in 15 minutes, brilliant service thanks!

Called in at the Pharmacy in Wroxham today and recognised Sarah from a few years ago (at least 4). I thanked her for her concern to a rash I had on my legs at the time for which she recommended a cream which helped immensely, considering my doctor could not help!

Excellent service above and beyond. Had a particular issue with a prescription and a staff member went beyond normal service to resolve. That does not happen very often now a days, well done.
