They have self service tills but a little bell if you need help. Staff appear quickly and help politely. Some fresh veg and fruit available and great locally sourced pies, meat and flans. A good range of basic shopping ingredients and decent flowers too.

The staff are friendly and always helpful, but a few times I went there I couldn’t find what I was looking for and lots of shelves were empty. Items are expensive. I can find the same ones cheaper in different shops.

The best local shop I've had for a while.although not our nearest me and my brother come here 2 to 3 times a week . Never had a problem parking. Shop well stocked and very friendly and helpful staff (yes all of them). It's a pleasure to shop with you.

Handy corner shop has plenty of choice on products but abit pricey on certain itemz but you can get a bargain if you look! Their doughts are lovely !

Just another Co-Op and nothing particular to write about. Prices high but worth a visit to check for items close to 'sell by dates'. Because it's less than 3000ft floor space, it is open early till late. It also has a good size carpark.

I've used this Co-op since moving just round the corner from it in 2007, often daily, & based on 11 year's experience, I can honestly say if I had to choose a small supermarket to be so convenient, I would choose to have a local Co-op. Like all Co-op stores it chooses its products with an eye to ethical concerns (which is important to me) and also does its best to support local farmers by stocking fresh local produce. It stayed open every day during the Co-vid-19 crisis, unlike many shops, albeit with reduced opening hours ( now 7-7). Before the crisis its opening hours were 7-11, every single day, including Christmas Day. The Co-operative movement as a whole was very worthy, I think, the idea being to share profits among the customers, unlike all others where profits go to the owners or stockmarket share holders. Unfortunately the movement never took off politically, and 'Co-ops' all over the country is all thats left of it. As for staff, of course there have been changes over the years, but being local, long term staff call me by name, as I do them, which is nice. In 11 years I've never had a problem with anyone, always finding them pleasant and helpful, packing my bags, etc. Highly recommended.
