Used only once for click and collect parcel from eBay but for sure won't use again. In the 21st century, in order to collect your 10£ parcel, you have to provide an ID. I'm not sure how it works if you want to collect your girlfriend or someone from your family parcel, but apparently, showing an email with QR code for collection is not enough in this place. Personally, it was really inconvenient for me as I needed to drive back home to take my wallet. Just for comparison been stopped few months ago by police while driving and when asked for my driving licence and I said that my wallet stays at home as I'm paying with phone everywhere they said it's okay and just asked me for my name...
