Never have a problem sending my Vinted parcels. They have Evri and yodel service so a good selection compared to others which have one or the other. However similar to other customer reviews, the service is less than desirable as I get the impression that sending parcels is an “inconvenience” for the men in turbans, however they do get paid for these services so a simple hello and thank you would be nice!

Looks like I’m the latest “customer” to experience the rude woman behind the counter. Refused my DHL package even though DHL advertise EVRI parcel group as a hub.

Now politely refusing is OK with me. The tirade of abuse I got absolutely isn’t. Her catchphrase is “I don’t care”.

Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money at a retailer who understands customer service. This woman doesn’t deserve a living in the industry.

The man at the till was extremely rude. They are no good if you are trying to drop off any packages to the shop if points as he refuses any of them. I have tried 4 times now to drop this off and been told to 'come back tomorrow first thing' only to be told when I show up that he never said that and they can't take anything. AVOID if you don't want your time wasted and to be treated like its your fault they keep changing their mind.
The lady was lovely but did not make up for how rude the man was

I was sending two parcels by Yodel
which I did online.
I opened the door of this shop to be told I’m not taking that by a very rude and arrogant woman as I walked through the door, who was on her phone dealing with her personal life behind the counter and ignoring customers.

List themselves as an evri dropoff but they have said they are too full to take parcels. I went yesterday and was told to come back today. Came again today and the guy just says “No” and nothing else. Very rude

Terrible Customer Service! The woman, chewing gum and leaning on the counter, brazenly did not accept my package and laughed at the end - I do not recommend it! Horrible
