I have had several ponds over the years, and always struggled to get crystal clear water, most pond suppliers over promise in regard to filtration, and will sell you anything they can. Absolute Koi, spent some time to understand what I already had, and what I wanted before making some recommendations, the price was good the results amazing. I have purchased from Absolute Koi over many use and always receive excellent advice and value for money. Most recently I suffered a pump failure at a critical time and with new fish arriving. Band Darren and Ben could not have done enough to help out and provide sensible advice. I needed to return my pump under warranty... but within 72 had a replacement with everything up and running. No messing about, no quibbling, just superb service. A huge thank you and I can't praise this company highly enough. Not all heroes wear capes!!!
