TERRIBLE MANAGER

When I went to change the shoes I bought, the store manager did not accept the change. She said that I wore the shoes outside and therefore he would not accept exchanges. but the shoes are in completely new condition and not even a stain. does not accept change and argues with me. I am very regretful and unhappy that I bought from this store. I will never go shopping again. the store manager is inexperienced and does not try to provide customer satisfaction.

I just came to buy some stuff and I came to pay cashier they scan my two items and the cashier said totally different price as consumer low what the price they show it they must give the customer to that item but this staff blue t-shirt guy and finger damage lady been rude to me and they refuse to give this item this is such a embarrassment and braking customer consumer low also they shouldn’t refused this so bad experience and I’m very regular customer

Terrible customer service in Braintree no one on tills lady in front on me got served when someone decided to come to the till...when it was my turn I was told the queue was the other end ..but he had already served the lady in front of me who was also waiting the same side has me 🙄..so left my clothes there and walked out different customer service in the Nike Outlet so helpful..

Worst customer service experience. Drove to Braintree from Bedford to spend a gift voucher. The cashier took my gift card and managed to scratch the entire pin code off the reverse making it unusable. After spending an hour in the store on the phone to customer services, we were told there was nothing they could do, we would have to return to where the card was purchased. The card was purchased in a Tesco superstore not local to us. Their answer is that they only sell cards on behalf of brands. So ultimately, we walked into the store, had our gift card ruined, and left with nothing.

Absolutely awful customer service, staff who clearly don't care or know what they're doing. I came in to make a return, and after finding a pair of trainers I wanted to exchange them with, in the last size to buy section, I asked how much they were as they had no labels or box, a lady helped and found the price on the system and told me how much they were, so I kept them aside to come back and purchase later, again I found another pair which I went back to the counter and asked how much as the same no box or label, a different member of staff told me they were B grades, set price of £40 and they refused to check on the system, told me the trainers I had put aside were the same and were £27 more expensive than I had originally been told and that the previous member of staff would "get in alot of trouble" for selling them to me at that price, so had i agreed to pirchase 10 minutes prior i would of gotten them for £13 not £40. Absolutely ridiculous, they didn't even check the trainers on their system just made up a price in their head, and argued with me that I'd been told the originally pair were £13 and wouldn't even get the original member of staff to discuss the pricing error . I ended up walking away with nothing and very annoyed!!!

Loving new store made horrendous by horrible blasting music played so loud you can't even think let alone talk. I came here to shop, not dance. Turn the flippin' music down!

Shocking customer service, customer service accidentally damaged gift card but did nothing to help resolve. Left the store with damaged gift card (worthless) and no goods. Manager while friendly did nothing to help. Very disappointed in Adidas.
