Afordable Services

We used ‘Afordable Removals ‘ to remove all our belongings which have been in storage for a year . It involved them loading and unloading four large vans and then taking our furniture , boxes etc to specific rooms in our house . The team on the first day were Phil ( the owner ,) his son -Leon and Matt . They were exceptionally polite, pleasant and helpful ,and respectful of our home and belongings . The team on the second day were Phil , Leon and Greg . Again they worked really hard all afternoon unloading the vans , having already loaded them from the storage unit . He took photos of some belongings which had been stacked or loaded incorrectly ( by the company who moved our things initially ) into the storage unit and had been damaged as a result . So that will be useful evidence for the insurance company . When they had finished they walked around with me asking if I would like anything to be moved and I did make some changes . I can’t recommend them highly enough . Really great service thank you .

We needed the total clearance of a deceased relative's 4 bedroom, three story house and Garage in Tiverton, half to go to auction and half for recycling. Tanya could not have been more helpful in arranging the whole process and Phil and his helpers were incredibly professional in carrying out the removal, over one and a half days, leaving the property spotless before handing it back to us. We have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.

From the first call to Tania in March to the removal in late June,the service,thought,care and consideration was top class. What stars Afordable Services are - Phil and Leon work so well together and this being my second move (and last for a long tome hopefully) they repeated the superb service they gave the first time. It was a split move over 4 days with a weekend in between and this worked great, it was thankfully a relaxed process with having an overlap on rental and purchased property - think this helped everyone! I cannot fault the effort and skill they showed and the care they took with everything. Would highly recommend them, very flexible, great communication and most importantly NO STRESS. Thank you!! We’ve used Afordable Services twice recently and both times they have provided a superb, professional service. The second time we used them was for a complete house removal. On both occasions Phil and Leon arrived on time, worked incredibly hard and were a pleasure to have in our house. What a wonderful, friendly, professional and kind service from all at Afordable: it starts with a very friendly and efficient Mrs Afordable on the other end of the phone who could answer any of our questions and was so very helpful. On the day of the move, Mr. Afordable and his team were simply brilliant, fast, kind and made the whole move so much easier and happier. There were plenty of blankets (even on the front door) to protect our furniture, plastic on the carpets to keep them clean and no problem with any of our questions. At the end of the day they even ask if anything can be moved into a better place! We highly, highly recommend them (and already are to anyone passing our way!) without any reservations whatsoever.
