This shop is a great addition to the community. Wednesday is my favourite day to visit as they make the fresh naan bread which is amazing, they even have a coffee machine now so even better. Sam and the staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great store with great prices

So where do I begin? This is a beautiful little gem of a store, do not be dismayed by the small appearance. The store is very well stocked, excellent customer service with lots of fresh meat and prepared foods. The Turkish naan and kebab rolls are a must.

Competitively priced, accepts cash/card payments and easily accessible.

A visit and a fresh naan or kebab roll is a must!

Always lovely and would always greet myself and my daughter by name! They were always quick to help out and ever so compassionate! Quick and efficient! One of the best pharmacies I have EVER been too! Unfortunately, we have now moved from the area, so I’m just hoping we find a 5-star pharmacy like Al-Shafa!

Absolutely, without a doubt, the best pharmacy in Gloucester. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are lovely and very knowledgeable. I am amazed every time I am in there collecting my mums prescriptions that they seem to know nearly every single person that goes in there and you are always greeted with a smile and an enquiry to as how you are - they really should be congratulated on their calibre of staff and the service they give the community.

My missus will go past other pharmacies to get to this one. She says they are lovely friendly staff with that personal service feel that you just don't find in the large stores. She thinks they must cater for people up-front, because they've only been out of stock for one item on her scripts once, and that was because it was a new order. They've also dropped it off for her on there way home when she had ran out of her tablets. Above and beyond the call of duty.
