Trying to find a suitable wedding hat and bag to go with my dress was becoming an impossible task……that was until I came across All Dunn Up.
My initial call to Rachel to ask if it was indeed possible to make a hat and bag for someone who lived 270 miles away and could not attend in person was handled very professionally and she reassured me that it would not be a problem.
Having taken photos of my dress, Rachel quickly sent out various swatches and I was able to match the perfect colour. Once chosen another phone call was made to discuss hat type and also Rachel made various suggestions on changes that would enhance the hat to match in with features on my dress. I was advised how to measure my head for hat size and also if I had not been confident in measuring myself Rachel also offered a Zoom call to help out.
Once the hat was made Rachel contacted me and sent photos to make sure I was happy with both items before sending and offered to alter anything I was not happy with.
The hat and bag were sent out promptly and packaged well in a beautiful hat box and when I saw them for real and put the hat on for the first time I was over the moon. It fitted perfectly and was an exact match to my dress. I absolutely LOVED it!!!!
On the wedding day I felt like a million dollars and was paid so many compliments and also the positive comments that have been made since the wedding photographs appeared online have proved it was absolutely the right decision to commission Rachel to make my hat and bag.
I throughly recommend her she has been professional at every stage, I felt very involved with the process and she has a wonderful friendly and approachable manner and I think you would be had pushed to find anyone else to make what was originally for me a stressful situation turn into such a pleasant experience.
I will certainly be returning back to Rachel in the future when my daughter decides to get married. THANK YOU RACHEL! ?

Do not hesitate to trust Rachel with designing/making your hat/fascinator/bag! She is an excellent craftswoman and her customer service is absolutely superb. If I sound a bit OTT it is because when I started down this route I was not sure it was a good idea as I would not see the results until it was all done and dusted. How glad I am I took the chance!

Love my fascinator. Colours are fantastic. Liked the fact that All Dunn Up sent a photograph of the fascinator to see if I was happy with it or to make any changes. Very well made and comfortable. Didn't feel it was a matter of ordering and hope for the best. Definitely recommend .
