Usual great service with friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated the detailed information on the condition of my car and the work ALS were able to do to bring it back to a good standard. Great support in identifying all the works covered by my extended warranty and dealing with the warranty provider. Great work by everyone. I’ve been a customer for ten years, always getting first class service. And the coffee is really good too!

If you prefer to deal with Salesmen with whom you can negotiate and have expert knowledge of the vehicles they sell rather than the “Parrot Speaking Zombies” you find at most Garages these days then Little Downham Motors are the ones to visit.
Its a family run business with excellent and helpful Staff
If they don't have the vehicle you are looking for in-stock –they will search and try to obtain your choice.

As a female with ADHD, car shopping can feel so completely overwhelming. I know my basics on what to look for and avoid… but this still hasn’t prevented me being completely fleeced by garages in the past. I made an enquiry on the vehicle via their website - within an hour I had a phone call giving me information I requested and a very friendly invite to pop down to have a look at the car. I explained that I was unable to on that day due to time restraints with school runs & that I was feeling anxious about coming alone. Jonathon extended the invitation for a booked slot the next day & reassured me that he would look after me; no pressure - would leave me to look and not breathe down my back and that I could then find him to ask any questions after. Jonathon stuck to his word - he reassured me & made me feel comfortable. Allowed me to look at the car on the forecourt whilst he returned inside. Once I returned the key any questions etc were answered and we went out for a test drive. After that the ball was very much left in my court & when I stated that I would like to proceed with the vehicle - Jonathon did offer up time for me to leave and think about it if I wished so that it was a completely pressure free sale. Jonathon proceeded to assist in the part exchange of my car and with the swap of my private plates. All of the staff whom I’ve interacted with at ALS autos have been polite, friendly & professional. I’ve had my car just over a week now & I have noticed my Apple car play is a bit audio distorted - mentioned it to the team when they phoned me to see how I was getting on & it’s being booked in to be looked at. Offered at the drop of a hat - didn’t feel like I was causing them “problems”. Sales and after care has been amazing & I would highly recommend the garage. Thank you all.

Just today I bought my new Audi A5, superb service by the team, Stuart was very helpful offered a really good warranty plan no complaints. Definitely recommend ALS if you’re looking for well looked after cars and a genuine car dealership team.

Just purchased a used Audi S3 from ALS, which is the sixth car I’ve brought from them. I have to say Jonathan was brilliant as always, I would recommend ALS for sales to service to anyone, I’ve never had anything but great service in the past seventeen years.
