Great for picking up and sending parcels via Yodel. Ypu can get your beer. Wine and cider here but it's not cheap. I thought it was pricey. They don't sell Crabbies. The staff were not particularly helpful or friendly but it might be because I am not a regular customer. Parking outside is hit and miss..

I took a parcel to be delivered via Yodel. The
Indian man behind the counter was extremely unhelpful, and begrudgingly scanned the postcode on the label and pointed to the back of the store, for a bag to put the parcel into. He shouted rudely at me, so I snapped back, as his manner was unnecessarily confrontational. As I was leaving the shop he got shirty with me because he wanted me to buy something from his dirty rancid shop. I left. Shocking treatment. It's a complete total mess of a shop, and should be avoided. 🤮

Worst store ever!!!! The older women is so rude and said my parcel wasn't there when it was she just couldn't be bothered to look for it her attitude is awful she was completely unhelpful the shop is dirty and manky avoid at all costs

Went for the first time today to pick up a parcel the man behind the counter was incredibly rude and unhelpful will never use this shop again for parcels or groceries. I was told very gruffly no barcode no parcel then told to move !! when I said here was no need for him to be rude I was abused in front of other customers

Very rude unhelpful people, use this to collect my parcels which are just thrown on the floor, I've decided to stop using this shop I'd rather travel further and get a better customer experience

The shop is listed as a DPD pick up point. But when I went to collect the parcel, they said they had nothing to do with DPD. They refused to release my parcel unless I paid them £2.00. They admitted that they used to be with DPD but had stopped the service months ago. If that is the case then they need to resolve the issue with DPD, not ransom customers to release their parcels!

Avoid! You can’t collect parcels during lunch hours I was told because they are busy serving school children, even though they are a parcel collection shop! Both very staff rude. Dirty shop with parcels scattered on the shop floor for anyone to pinch.
