They’re fine but the first thing you shouldn’t do is listen to the voice in the box at the gate, if you’re a live unload. Do not park in a spot, go straight to the door between dock 326 and 327.

The person at the gate (box) may tell you to give them your phone number, park in designated parking spot, and wait on the warehouse to call you with a dock door. I did this, wasted my time.

Again, go to the door mentioned above (and in photo). Write your phone number at the bottom of the BOL. Also, make sure you have your appointment number on the BOL as well. They will give you a door immediately. Then you’ll wait for a call once unloaded. The other reviews seem to be on point with the 4 hour unload time.

Amazon keeps delivering other peoples packages to my door from the Auburndale Florida distribution center. I need to talk to someone there but I don’t have a number for them. Their software is all screwed up and needs to be fixed.

Held up at the gate due to lightning. WTAF ! It's not like you're outside unloading my truck.

Update: showed up at 17:30 for an 18:00 appt. It's now 2021, and they are closed down again. You'd think that you'd have enough backup power in the form of generators to support normal operations.

No one to check you in, the gate opened only because it is a fire hazard to have it closed.

I hope your weak ass technology was worth it because I see a whole lot of detention being paid out, over a few damn sprinkles

Place is unorganized, Speaker guy at gate check in guy cant speak English well. Receiver will have you going back and forth to different doors.

1 star for check in and check out proces, live unload have your delivery # and plate # ready, takes too long and even with English speaker it's hard to understand let alone with someone who barely tries to pronounce words. Live unloads check in at door 326, that will be first left after you enter, yard dogs will check your seal. Strict appointment times.

On 12/12/2024 truck driver in 523101 came up behind me in I4 in the right lane and as he passed me closely layed on his horn scaring me because he didn’t like how fast I was going in the right lane. The nearest warehouse did not care and told me to send an email. No number to call. Amazon does not care

Checking in system is horrible. Information is not relayed to the warehouse. Once inside, go straight to receiving by door 325. Let them know you have arrived. If you dont, you'll be here forever
