I just want to thank this store in wroxham as they where the only 1s that was able to find a fishing reel spool that no1 else has been able to find ..even even angling direct main customer services haven’t even been able to find for me.. I needed 2 but even just the 1 gets me back on the shore line again..I am truly so grateful.. thank you guys for sorting it..Phil (iow).

Purchased a rod pod for this branch and was used 22 days later, to my disappointment the buzzer bar broke on dismantling the pod. Was taken to the store the next day and told as its been more than 21 days the pod could not be exchange but had to be sent away for repair!! Called the store 14 days later and told will enquire and call me back, call the was never received and still chasing the item. Terrible customer service avoid at all cost!!!

Lots to choose from. Warehouse with even more stock is about 3 miles away and they get deliveries from there every Wednesday. Clean shop with very helpful and friendly staff.

Nice friendly staff who helped us, beginners, immensely. Large stock of everything fishing related. Caught this Rudd with a float I bought from them and used the dis-gorger that I bought from them as well. We all enjoyed the fishing in the Broads.

I took my daughter who had not fished before into the shop as we were just around the corner on holiday for the weekend and just went and asked the staff for what they would advise what rod,reel,accessories and bait she would need for the weekend and about rod licenses. The gentleman explained that the licenses can be purchased online and simple to do which it was. They asked where we were going to fish and we ended up with a very nice 9ft spinning rod and reel with a bag of accessories and correct bait for around £35 which I thought was very reasonable. We set up a basic float rig and caught perch and other fish all weekend. She was so pleased and enjoyed it very much and made her weekend away perfect. Thank you to the staff for taking there time with us and being very informative and we look forward to seeing you again when we return next year.
