Sally will never use again, firstly when you use the Trust Pilot 4.6 star link on the site it wouldn't work?
As you can see here they're not.

The dehumidifier is quiet and works well, has some slight biasing rattle's which I'm sure have been caused by the drop.

I wouldn't recommend them for Christmas delivery as it's taken a return and replacement which is also broken over 3 week period and I'm so fed up with them and the item works after repair so not wasting anymore of my life dealing with them.

FYI Appliances Direct, your first dehumidify was sold as refurbish which was incorrect, it's was used and placed in the box, bits also were missing, DPD had obviously let the box fall over in the van as the water left in the appliance had leak into the unit, the filter was filthy and machine was covered in dirt.
You collected it and said it was a good will gesture, well that wasn't honoured when it came to the refund you wanted to take £20 from me for it, you also said it was damaged on return which when it left me was ok as I have the photos to show.

The replacement arrived and all looked great till I opened the box which in fairness looked ok.
Initially looked ok, worked ok, then I noticed water on the floor, found water tray broken from top to bottom, then looking at the box found bits in the packaging, found the bace of the machine was also cracked which I believe is from being dropped from height.

I can't say it was down to you or DPD.

It works and I've glued tray up and will not waste any more of my life dealing with you to get an dehumidifier.

Ordered a 1.4k outdoor kitchen. Unit was damaged and packaged for delivery. Damage not discovered until fitting. Awful customer service - rubbish audio and pet noises in background. They claim under contract they have no liability. They shipper damaged kit and found ways to make me liable. The starting assumption was that I had broken it. Not okay.

Ordered 3 different items from this company, at different times over the last couple of months. A wine cooler, dishwasher and hob. Prices on all were very competitive, all work as expected and delivered on time. I got really good service. Thank you very much. I would happily recommend

Placed an order with a delivery date of 4 days time. This delivery date was then extended by 2 days, not too much of a problem. Then 1 day before my delivery date it was extended by 19 days!!!! This was far too long to wait for my order as I was depending on it being delivered on the original date proposed.
Have no idea what the product was like as I was left with no choice but to cancel my order.

Double check appliances are suitable for your needs.
I questioned if a fridge freezer was suitable for use in outbuildings and was told it was and this shows on there website that it is but the same model on argos says its not suitable. When I told them that they said there must be an error on their website.
Looking at the reviews I feel this may not be an honest mistake.

Top drawer of Hotpoint freezer is FAKE.
Hotpoint HBNF55182WUK 50/50 fridge freezer - pics on website designed to make this look like it has 4 drawers in the freezer. Only on trying to open the top "drawer" we discovered it is just a flap made to look like a drawer front, with no actual drawer behind. Item only has 3 freezer drawers. This is not stated on website and I believe a deliberate attempt to mislead. One of the shelves is also cracked. Company have been rude, unhelpful and obstructive, initially offered a discount then reneged on this. We are now trying to return the product which they are making very difficult. Would not use again or recommend. No aftercare or concern for customer once they have got your money.

They deserve 0 ⭐️. I ordered a tumble dryer which I was expecting after weeks I’ll be getting my order. The day which I was waiting for it the driver called me that he’ll be at my place after 4 hours which is going to be at 7pm and it was a heavy rain. So I let the driver that my house is upstairs. The driver was abruptly rude and told me he can’t bring upstairs it should be my problem. I told him am in a new property and I have know no neighbors. He insisted that he cannot deliver upstairs which is 8 stairs steps. Then I told him I cannot risk receiving it since it rainy and it will be staying outside. The next day I ringed the company about my situation. And the receptionist was very rude and I decided I want to cancel the order, the receptionist told me that I will be deducted £50 and I agree the terms. So a few days I was been deducted £79.99. I’ve called the company that I was supposed to be deducted £50 and why £79.99 and the receptionist told me that is the delivery fee. I am too disappointed from the outcomes and I can see clearly the company are making money from innocents customers and that is unacceptable charging me too much money and I never used their services at all. Please be aware with this dodgy company!!!
