Great shopping centre which gets very busy.
Lots of useful Shops, Next, River island, M & S, Boyes, Poundland, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Asda living.
I used to visit Pets at home often but the car park there is now full of people going to the Gym so quite frustrating.
Some of the zebra crossings need looking at as cars don’t always stop and there should be a ramp or better lighting.
The crossing going to the KFC Part is particularly dangerous for pedestrians as cars can’t see pedestrians as the view is hidden by huge bushes if you are coming around the corner on approach. I hate that part!
Miss Wilkinson’s but Boyes somewhat replaces most items.
Sometimes on a weekend the car park gets gridlocked so bear this in mind.
Macdonalds could have a better entrance as that slows the traffic and lots of cars use the tiny roundabout to do a u turn which is not great

Typical cookie cutter retail park, with the same shops that you'd find anywhere, and not many of them to boot. One way in and out, so traffic is awful pretty much all the time. Whole place is centred around the car park, which is fairly ample, but always busy. I only go here because it's near to my work.

A good place with a good sample of shops to enjoy. Plenty of places to sit and grab a Cuppa. Getting in and out of the car park can be a real pain so park tactically near an exit.

A great number of shops in the one area to suit everyone's preferences of shopping!
I went today, Monday 25th November, and already chaos for parking just to start this is at 11 am.
2 hours free parking is not really enough time, if you want to go into different shops.
My advice is to get there at 9 am.

"Boys on Tour" breakfast meet up to discuss Lisbon holiday. Unfortunately, my tea was made with luke warm water. Quickly replaced for me.

Good retail park with nice variety of shops, also Lidl, plus a large Sainsburys supermarket for all your needs. Nearby is North Durham Retail Park with Aldi, Homebargains, Food Warehouse, Bells Fish and Chips, Starbucks. Car parking is no problem.

The Arnison shopping area it's not a shopping centre it's not undercover , but there are a selection of shops and a vast amount of parking albeit limited to 4 hours I believe. We have a few choices to eat out there is a cafe in Sainsbury's,m&s,next,Greggs,Asda then we have a KFC. We also have a small range of shops we have Sainsbury's Argos,sports shops, outdoor shops ,Halfords,Smyths children's toys and baby things,pets at home which is my least favourite shop, I think the staff could do with training in customer services if you go in you will notice what I mean in fact dearly comes to mind always get a receipt as if you need to take an item back they will not exchange nor refund without a receipt yet they don't always offer you one . We also have river island,next,new look, Marks and Spencers , boyes, Poundland,and Boots we also have the card factory, cex the games store,Specsavers and vets for pets , also we have ee mobile telephone shop. So there's plenty to look round
