Asda Balby Supermarket

Worst Asda in Donny. Layout is weird, for example why isn't the chicken with the rest of the meat? The stock levels are pretty poor too, usually find myself having to go elsewhere afterwards. Edlo Asda 4ever!

I have been shopping here for 6 years as it is just around the corner from my home. Yes it's convenient but the staff are the most ignorant and rude staff in any shop I have ever visited. Especially Sue, who today, as I was waiting for authorisation on alcohol at a self checkout till (she was stood right next to me) just stared at me and waited for another member of staff to assist me. This is not the first time she has been ignorant, she once shouted at me at a till she was working on because the 2 wkd blues didn't go through her till at £6.00 (on offer at the time) she totally showed herself up in front of the whole shop, whilst slagging off the rest of the staff for not answering her request over her headset for confirmation on the price of the wkd. She's rude and nasty.

Good sized store, a store where you can really find everything we need in our lives and has a lot of fresh goods and bakery products. Has a decent car parking with plenty of spaces. Personally find it quite expensive but decent quality and the staff is very friendly and helpful ?

Just like to say the staff here are so friendly and helpful.. my 6 year old was having a bit of meltdown at the self check out service and the young lady worker came over straight away and scanned and bagged my shopping for me while I was dealing with my child. ?

Got to love the state of the shelves. How on earth am I supposed to find anything especially the top one and this seems to be every one. What a joke.

Worst staff ever so very rude not the first time ether

customer service here is amazing. I when my elderly mum comes in on her own they really go out of their way to help here. the guy on cigarettes always really helpful. thank

I visited the store yesterday on my way home to Norfolk. I had my 91 yr old mum in the car with me who needed the toilet but being a small store there weren’t any public toilets. The security staff and the manageress (I assume) went out of their way with fetching a wheelchair and pushing my mum to the staff toilets. I just wanted to say how wonderful they were and how grateful I was for their kindness…….in the horrible selfish world we live in, little kind gestures like this mean a lot
