This review is of the ASDA app. It has recently been updated and is now frustrating to use. Many items are flagged as unavailable now, more so than before. Yet if left on the order some are actually delivered. If the item is truly unavailable then we can choose something else. If we think it is in fact available and leave it but it doesn't turn up we are left with nothing. This really needs addressing.

Also we get a lot of irrelevant sponsored items amongst my shopping favourites. We would never buy most of these. The favourites has been corrupted

The store is quite large and very well laid out and some very good price's, but the ladies toilets were shut off and all the females were using the mother and baby's toilets and my wife said that they were in a very bad condition.

I never enjoy going to this shop. It’s quite stressful for some reason, and I always come out feeling in a bad mood. But I go sometimes because it’s opposite Aldi and has a few things Aldi doesn’t.
Canterbury is rubbish for supermarkets. The only one really worth going to is Waitrose. Sainsbury’s is terrible, and Morrisons even worse.

I bought 250 euros from asda travel money. When I collected it it came as two 100 notes and a 50.. when I asked them to change it they refused. They are an utter shambles stay well away from them.

The toilets always stink. The sealant around the base of the toilet is so rotten. They are always leaking. They clearly never get cleaned. Got a lovely surprise today when I walked into the cubicle.

Disabled parking is not always available, regularly abused by other car users. Toilets are disgustingly dirty, as always.

Self scanners are not always available. There are not enough replaced by staff for recharging.

Store mobility scooters are not regularly available. Many are not replaced back on charge by staff.

Management needs to review how and when scanners and scooters need to be charged.

A good variety of well priced products.

Later edit; visited again today (12/12/23), what a mess, disabled toilet out of order, and in the men's toilet, only one cubicle available.

Still no change. When will this store get things in order, and provide hygienic and accessible toilets for all?

If I visit in another two weeks, after the Christmas chaos, will it still be the same?
