I had an incredibly disappointing experience at your Cheadle Hulme store just then!
After filling a trolley with food and other items, I was informed by a long-time staff member, Sue, that no staffed tills were available, and customers were required to use self-service. This approach is unacceptable, especially for those with large trolleys or who rely on staff support.

As a long-time customer who previously praised this store, I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of consideration for customer convenience. This experience has caused me to reconsider shopping at Asda altogether.

I hope you address this issue promptly to improve the shopping experience for your customers.

Went in to have a look at vases, saw they where basic and was either pricey or boring, as i was walking out, the lady with the hobble legs when she walks, came up to me as i was leaving and said in a rude manner “ are you going to pay for that”? Like ive stolen a bag of stuff? So i showed her the contents of my bag. It was filled with charity shop goodies that i PAYED for! She soon backed off. Anyways they judge you and are pretty rude

I just have to say you have some lovely young staff at this supermarket, but the one who is so organised and very helpful is Leah.

Customer service in this store is an absolute joke!! All the checkouts were closed so I went to the kiosk to be told very rudely by an older woman with brown hair and glasses we can't serve you here go to the checkouts, absolutely disgusting attitude!!!

Store itself is fine, but I got a parking charge notice for being on the line. Company was predatory, didn’t even give me the required info to pay the fine before jacking up the price. Haven’t been back since. It’s a joke to charge me for shopping there, with a half empty car park.

Hiring is discriminatory. My spouse uses a different name than what's on his passport. The associate who took his passport acted completely different when my husband explained that he goes by a different name than what's on his passport. He never heard back from them. That's why you'll only see white workers at this store. He probably wouldn't have even gotten a call if he used his real name.

Disgusted at the girl on the till this afternoon. I do not expect a "don't snatch" from her. She needs customer training as does the girl with the nose ring joining in and speaking to me as if I am beneath them. I am the customer not to mention clearly many years older than them. The girl on the till actually said "next time do not come on this till if I am on it". I shall make a point of it and if I get any grief I will be calling the manager which had I had time this afternoon I would have done. This occured on wednesday 22nd Nov, approx 2.30pm - girl had black hair in pony tail I think, asian?

Be very careful parking in car park make sure you park within the marked lines I parked up and saw a bloke in a yellow hi vis jacket taking a pic of my car then he shot off one wheel was on the white line I had the engine still running !!
Probably get a fine in post !!
Disgraceful behaviour he ran off probably scared of been confronted !!
Be warned make sure your is parked correctly !
