So you know when you don't feel good and you want to get in and out and you find massive queues at every pay point. Then an item that is shown as £30 registers £50 so the cashier rings for help which takes an age to come and off he trots only to take an age to return. In the meantime the poor cashier is getting anxious because her queue is now down the aisle. The person who went to check the item whispered to cashier it had been put in wrong place on shelf. Not a word or apology to me. Once I cleared checkout I noticed on my receipt I had been charged twice for something. Only to be told by a helper I had to join the long queue at customer service for a refund. When I tried to complain I was greeted with that dumb placid response and told it won't take long lovely. And she was happy to blame her overworked colleague on the till for the problem. Then to top it all when I got home the £2.50 bottle of kefir I bought had the seal broken and it looked short of its measure. So, I tried to phone customer service and guess what - there was no one available to take my call.

Click and collect is a joke, often stuff isn't put into the lockers at the correct time. Wait ages for someone to turn up, then your stuff is wheeled about. Presume they do this as it saves them putting into the lockers. Staff always park in the collect bays. Often there is no spare bays, so you need to park a good distance away instead of using the correct bays.

I came into the store on Monday 7th October to have a birthday cake personalised. Didn't have a clue what I was doing and asked a member of staff for help.
Sophie came to assist me and I can't praise her enough. She was so helpful showing me all the different options. Then the machine crashed so she rebooted it and went to carry on with her other duties
After a few minutes she came back to me to check the machine was working again and once again took over and did my order for me.
Her patience and helpfulness was second to non.
Thank you so much Sophie you are an asset to Asda

Staff always parking all day at the clock and collect bays. Virtually everyone we've been there to collect the grocery click and collect, it's the same cars there.

Not good when they're abusing the bays and you need to walk a long distance to and from the lockers.

Sort the security staff out please. My Autistic Grandson is a regular, early visitor to your store. He's tall & walks around with ear defenders on, you can't miss him. He gets watched a lot which makes him uncomfortable. I'm on bed rest so today he was shopping for me. As he was in between both double doors nearly outside, a security man asked to see his receipt. He replied can you hear that? Securityman said "No". My grandson basically told him to go away as no buzzer had gone off. So lucky he was in a good mood or he would have kicked off. If there's no buzzer there's no crime so stop trying to act the big un!!!

toilets were locked at 8am and even after numerous times staff members were told and announcements were, nobody came to open them.

it took a man with a screwdriver to jimmy the lock.

there was a young boy waiting that nearly wet himself.

truly shocking level of customer service.

After doing some shopping security told me I couldn't use disabled toilet as the door lock was broken, I was told to use the baby change instead. There are no hand rails or emergency chord and the toilet paper was hard to teach from seated.

Terrible customer service. I paid for 3 items at the kiosk and the red haired lady pointed out that I could pay for them at the self service. Well you don't say? You could also do your job like you are supposed to and just serve me my stuff. When was self service a forefront for staff to take less responsibility. I earn minimum wage and work hard for my money so I take offence when you expect me to do the job you're supposed to, Asda if you're staff can't be arsed to do the job they are then maybe hire less. At least the remaining staff will work harder. Many times I've been in on a Monday morning to find the drinks/sandwiches fridge empty and filled with junk from other parts of the shop, so clearly staff are not tidying up from the day before. Also your security don't look like security but more like glorified bouncers that don't have their sia licenses on display. Sort it out Asda Chelmsley wood
