Racist and rude approach by a female worker. Never had an experience like this before. Not visiting the store again. If the management can notice the person please take her off from this job because she isnt the one for this. I went to the shop at 11/6/25 around 7 pm and the staff name is chloe.

Rude customer service ever by a lady on the self counter . Need to go without taking any product from asda we are regular shoppers there for the first time the lady was rude and shown racist attitude she cannot serve the item even shown the id and everything just for a cider absloute .
Racist mentality has been shawn by that lady staff .

Very BIG store! Two floors: ground floor has a fab range of food products from nessesities to specialist. A reasonable range of Vegan products scattered throughout the store. Produce looks fresh with a good variety - although this differs depending on the time of day. Also an aisle or two of seasonal products, cars and toys. Second floor: accessible by escalator or lift with small clothing section, cafe, beauty, restrooms, home accessories, home appliances, baby items and small items of tech towards the back. Good sized car park, store is at the back end of Greyhound Retail Park and Real easy to find. Also has cash points, trolleys are £1 returnable 🙂

Don't purchase Roblox from here! Code didn't work so brought it back with receipt the very next day and straight away I got the impression I wasn't the first one with this problem and all they said was it's a third party problem and nothing to do with them ( although happy to sell them) now have a very upset autistic child.
There really needs to be a minus star button for this place

Very good supermarket in the Greyhound retail park, on the edge of Chester. It's on two floors and has an opticians and cafe.

Asda keep advertising soup and a roll for £1.00. There is a badly hand written sign on the counter saying that you a soup delivery. I investigated via staff members and it's been a while since they had any. False advertising to get you in the store@
