Asda Chorley Ringway Supermarket

A convenient store with easy parking, much easier than using the other store, ok for picking up click and collect though can be questionable how much effort and knowledge staff have of the service, the store is great , clean , well stocked and for a little Asda gets great offers on too, some staff are pleasant, the younger ones generally are nicer, the more mature (should know better) ones are hmm sometimes ok, sometimes rude and unhelpful, a tip here… usually a teams attitude comes from top/management down to shop floor, it’s important for all staff to show good customer service to promote it and pass it on. However, store itself wise 4/5 stars as very good!

Sausage barm from the hot food stand was pretty undercooked. Not happy with wasting money on that and having to find another breakfast on the go. Please check the food before consuming

staff are so rude. every time i come into this store there’s never anyone nice. i’m always as friendly as possible and never complain but today pushed it. the men are lovely, the young ladies are too but it’s always the older women that are so rude and need to learn some customer service skills. i was in at about 10:30 and that women was the laziest and rudest person ever. please sort your staff out

Staff are hit and miss. Mainly self check outs open, no staff serving and the self chexk outs do not work well. A member of staff yesterday morning was difficult because I asked for a Blue Light discount off my shop whilst at self check outs and felt she was actively trying to make me wait, and then asked to see my Blue Light discount card THEEE times.

Decent Asda! If your shopping for basic essentials it's perfect! But if your looking for something a bit more extravagant, looking for a restroom or some gas for your car then I'd go to the ASDA Superstore which is about 5 or less minutes away. However it's a great store!

When you look at this ASDA supermarket it may look small but it's actually a very good size. If you can't find the product you want there is a ASDA superstore less than a five min drive away so it's a win win situation! I always find that the staff are super friendly and they have great priced products. They have no toilets but what do you expect from a store this size! They also are equipped with a free cash withdrawal ATM

Categorically, they lie about opening times, as they are doing so right now. They have multiple items priced lower on the shelves then they scan in at higher prices at the checkouts. Staff are dead on their feet.
