Everytime i go to collect there is nobody there. Theyre grumpy and barely talk to you. Also you never receive a confirmation that tour shopping is ready for collection, what subs have been provided or not. You only get a confirmation for collection... i mean whats happened to the brilliant service that once was I dread to think what the xmas period will be like!
