After my parking fine ,even though I spent over £100 in your store I get it now, spend 1hr or 1.5 hr to get a free parking, and to get further insult, wait around for not so interested miserably staff who feels like you're bothering them just to help you ,Wow !!!..sometimes they avoid eye contacts because they don't want to help you or pretend they are busy or act like you're invisible! I have few issues at the moment with you're store , next time I won't be so polite and nice to these so called employees of yours !..Teach them customer services, and how to be helpful and not to avoid customers 😑

Ordered 2 deliveries express online and both not come 1 cancelled and one just didn't turn up brought take away took over week for payment back in account been 3 weeks no call back as promised and only asked for 40 pound compensation. Such a joke.

What a great ASDA superstore ! The car park is absolutely massive with good parking options and the car parks/shop are easily accessible, you can stay up to 1.5hrs free and if you wish to stay longer just pay £1 for 30 mins more or £2 for 1 hour more so in total you can stay for 3 hours but the 3 hours stay is free and waived if you spend over £10 in the store ! The staff are always helpful and as a result of this, the customer service is of high quality, and I feel very happy going there. Cool shop, nice experience. The other bonus is they have a mac Donald’s inside the store so if your hungry you can eat there. The toilets where also surprisingly clean for such a large and busy store ! Excellent

Absolutely appalling car park system. Two hours in a such big store with attached food facilities is not enough. If you add to that a long queues at the till, I would love to know how many people actually walk out of the store within 2 hours period.
Asda, sort your car park, you are loosing customers, because I would rather spend £60 in the store than on the parking ticket 🤬I won't be back to this Asda until the car park debacle is sorted out….sorry Asda.

Ive ordered a delivery 3 times in the last week, and every time its had products missing. I call and they give me a refund each time. But I need the products. Whats wrong with these people. Im afraid I cant do this anymore. I'll have to shop elsewhere. Its getting beyond a joke. When I order the invoice comes to £47. When it arrives the invoice says £16. Its happened 3 times in a week

Outrageous experience!!!!! I waited for more than 2 hours as I had orders from Uber only to find out that Asda didn't prepare the order as opposed to what I'd seen on my screen that they completed the shopping and were just waiting for the driver! Shame on you!!!

Parking - have been slapped with £100 fine for being a customer.
2 hours free parking but only if you're given a voucher - this wasn't made clear. I don't live nearby and therefore they won't reverse the fine
